SSAW PIPE WORKSHOP
The SSAW PIPE workshop is used to produce spiral welded steel pipe. Spiral steel pipe is the strongest among welded pipes. The spiral welded pipe manufacturing process is not only one of the most efficient methods of producing steel pipes, but also offers a high degree of flexibility in the production range in terms of diameter and wall thickness. Our SSAW PIPE workshop can produce spiral pipe through the traditional 1st stage process as well as 2nd stage process (also known as off-line process). The final product is more than twice as resistant to extrusion as LSAW or ERW pipe.
LSAW PIPE WORKSHOP
LSAW STEEL PIPE workshop is used for pipe diameters from 325mm to 1422mm, wall thickness from 8-50mm. In the LSAW STEEL PIPE workshop, the processing is done by cold forming of thick carbon steel plates. Among the forming processes available, Sindara Steel focuses on UOE, JCOE and HME technologies. We supply equipment for all important process steps from plate preparation to forming, welding, testing and finishing. Including not only the core machine, but also all upstream and downstream process steps required to produce large-diameter pipes. Our factory stand for medium to high production volumes of high product quality, flexible and cost-effective processes, precise dimensions and tight piping tolerances.
ERW PIPE WORKSHOP
Supplying all core machines for ERW STEEL PIPE workshop, our products are renowned for their workmanship precision. The perfect combination of know-how, innovation, automation and digitalization ensures the production of high precision tubing, line pipe, casing, tubing and drill pipe as well as structural tubes with round, square and rectangular cross sections. These flexible factory lines can manufacture welded pipes with good processing quality and high-speed assembly accuracy. Covers product diameters 13.7mm to 660 mm and wall thicknesses 0.8mm-25mm.
SMLS PIPE WORKSHOP
Sindara Steel Co., Ltd owns 3 sets of hot rolled seamless steel pipe production line and 2 sets of hot expanded seamless steel pipe production line and 2 sets cold rolled seamless steel pipe production line. with annual production capacity of 300,000 tons, the size range is from 73mm to 630mm. Its physical and chemical labs cab conduct various physical and chemical tests and experiments for steel pipes, and are equipped with eddy current flaw detectors,leakage fault detection and ultrasonic crack detectors etc. For high, medium and low pressure seamless steel pipes and petroleum casing pipes with a full range of inspection measures, capable to meet various standard test and inspection requirements for steel pipes.
ANTI-CORROSIVE STEEL PIPE WORKSHOP
3PE process (Three-layer Polyethylene Coating) is a widely used treatment method for steel pipe anti-corrosion, especially for buried or underwater steel pipes. 3PE is the abbreviation of three-layer polyethylene (Three-layer Polyethylene), which mainly includes three layers of structure: epoxy powder coating (FBE), adhesive layer (AD) and polyethylene layer (PE).
Composition and function of 3PE process Epoxy powder coating (FBE): This is the innermost layer, directly combined with the surface of the steel pipe, providing basic anti-corrosion protection and good adhesion. Its thickness is about 30-50 microns.
Adhesive layer (AD):
Located between the epoxy powder coating and the polyethylene layer, its main function is to firmly bond the two together. Its thickness is about 170-250 microns.
Polyethylene layer (PE):
The outermost layer, providing good weather resistance, corrosion resistance and resistance to mechanical damage. Its thickness is generally around 2-3 mm.
Application scenarios and advantages of 3PE technology:
3PE anti-corrosion technology combines the excellent performance of epoxy coating and extruded polyethylene anti-corrosion layer, significantly improving their respective performance. It not only has excellent chemical resistance, but also has mechanical protection properties. Therefore, it is an ideal pipeline anti-corrosion technology that can significantly extend the service life of the pipeline.
