The product implements is made of special epoxy resin, special curing agent, food-grade facial filler configuration, high reactivity, strong adhesion, high crosslinking density, good surface smoothness of the coating, high luster, good flexibility and good mechanical properties. Test results accord with AWWA C213-2022,GB/T 28897-2021,CJ/T 120-2016 technical standards.

1 . Coating method: Electrostatic spraying,thermal spraying, fluidized bed, well immersion coating, roll coating
2 . Theoretical dosage: 150g/M2/100μm
3 .Surface treatment: Sandblasting or Pelblasting.
4 .Curing instructions:The powder coating is applied on the surface of 180~230℃ preheated workpiece, cured by waste heat, and generally does not need later heating. If the ambient temperature is very low or the heat capacity of the workpiece is insufficient, additional heating and curing is required.
